COOKIE POLICY

In order to make User’s visit to MYPASS website as simple as possible, cookies are used to present the range of services. These are small aggregates of text, locally recorded in the temporary memory of the browser, and therefore in the User’s computer, for variable periods of time, depending on the need; generally they have a duration between few hours and a few years, with the exception of profiling cookies, whose maximum duration is 365 calendar days.
By means of the cookies it is possible to record in a semi-permanent way information about User’s preferences, and other technical data that allow an easier navigation, and a greater ease of use and effectiveness of the site. For example, cookies can be used to determine if a connection has already been made, between User’s computer and MYPASS site, to highlight the news, or keep the “login” information. To User’s guarantee, only the cookie stored on his/her computer is identified.

TYPES OF COOKIES

MYPASS site uses 3 different types of cookies:

  1. Essential technical cookies
These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the site. They allow the browsing of the pages, the sharing of the site contents, the memorization of User’s credentials for access, to make faster the entry into the site, and to keep active User’s preferences and credentials while browsing. Without these cookies, MYPASS could not provide the services for which Users access the site.
  2. Statistical and performance cookies
These cookies allow MYPASS to know the way the visitors use the site, to be able to evaluate and improve its functioning, and to favor the production of content that best meets the information needed by the Users. For example, let you know which pages are the most and least popular. They take into account, among other things, the number of visitors, the time spent on the site by the average User, and their way to access the site. In this way, MYPASS comes to know what is working well and what has to be improved, as well as to ensure that the pages load quickly and are displayed correctly. All information collected by these cookies are anonymous and not linked to the User’s Personal Data. To perform these functions, MYPASS uses the services of third parties, that anonymize Data, making them not referable to specific individuals (the so-called “single-in”). When there are services not completely anonymized, the User will find them listed among the third-party cookies for which the User can refuse the consent, to guarantee his/her Privacy.
  3. Third Parties cookies
In order to constantly improve and optimize the service, the site uses Google Analytics tracking technologies to perform statistical analysis of the site itself.
    Google Analytics
Google Analytics, with anonymized IP, is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), which is the relative Data Processing Controller, which allows to analyze how the User uses the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the site (including the anonymous IP address) will be transmitted to, and stored by, Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of examining the use of the site by the User, compiling reports on site activities for the operators of the same, and sharing them with other services developed by Google. Google will not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google.
